Website issue, no logs

Hi.

I have a strange one...

When ESET fully enabled I cant find places on website hXXps://park4night.com

See attached image.

When I disable web access protection then it works as it should. I set logs to diag, but everytingh shows as ALLOWED.

Any idea?

We use Endpoint antivirus, latest version...

No problem here using latest ESSP version and Win 10 22H2. Looks like an issue with Google maps rendering on your PC.

Maybe there's a clash with another application that scans network traffic. Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Launch a browser
  3. Reproduce the issue
  4. Stop logging
  5. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

Does the issue occur with any browser? Are you able to reproduce it on other machines as well? Does temporarily disabling the Network traffic scanner make a difference?

Does switching to the pre-release update channel help?

Did you try clearing browser's cache?
