The logs revealed a hint about 4k sector size problems, and the FDE System requirements confirmed that the product is only compatible with 512k/e system drives. Honestly I would advise you get in touch with your ESET sales representative and ask if they are able to submit a request for this feature to be added in future. The more requests we have from customers desiring this feature the higher up the priority list it should go. Let me know if I can be of any further help.
