Microbe 6 Posted May 23 Share Posted May 23 HI ESET Team, I was doing a support with one of client, he said he is able to open ESET PROTECT Console, but now when he was trying to open EBA > then open ESET PROTECT, It shows 'login failed 'Login failed (Unauthorized) Action Taken : We tried to 'CHANGE HIS PASSWORD' from EBA> try to re login using new password, but problem still exist. We tried to open the ESET PROTECT, but always showing 'RELOAD' and now we are able to open his EBA Account, but it kick out us from EBA ( it will automatically log out after a minute) - i will attached the information of our client.
