Your ESET INSPECT Cloud is under maintenance

Getting this message for about 3 hours now and haven't been able to access our instance.

It would be helpful if these upgrades could take place outside of normal business hours. It would also be super helpful to get an email notification when upgrades are going to happen so that we can anticipate and plan for the outage.

I just created a support case as we're going on 5 hours now. Support assured me that no maintenance was scheduled, so should not be down for maintenance.

So we'll see...

You can check the current status at https://status.eset.com/.

Scheduled - Please be aware that between 7:00 UTC on September 23, 2024 and 16:00 UTC on September 25, 2024 a new version of ESET Inspect will be released. Customers will not be able to log in to the web console and send events to the server during upgrade of their instance.
The aggregated downtime will depend on the instance size and might take several hours within the maintenance window for the largest instances.
The maintenance is required in order to release version 2.3 of ESET Inspect.

Thanks, this is a good resource to have. For Support staff, as well.

I was told that 1) there was no scheduled maintenance, and 2) the version 2.3 upgrade was on-prem and not cloud.

We were down for close to 10 hours during regular business hours. This is not very ideal for something as critical as EDR.
