rotaru 10
ESET 98.3% same as Windows Defender (free) Avast, AWG, Avira, Bitdefender (all free) 99.6%
Mr_Frog 15
Interesting!!! I would suggest you to use that product and leave ESET now. Oh yaaaa..., Avira seems like good choice for you. I have a super interesting experience with that product. Did you know this product is under one company: Norton, Avast, LifeLock, Avira, AVG, ReputationDefender and CCleaner. If we talk about privacy under this company, I will said I hate it. Go use that product brody... Have fun boy!!! LesRMed
micasayyo 4
With all due respect to AV comparisons, I prefer to use Eset over Windows Defender (free)
Solution hellosky11 3 Posted September 24 Solution Share Posted September 24 It's simple: use the one you feel comfortable with. In today's world, whatever antivirus software you choose will almost certainly block all major threats and ransomware; there will hardly be any that will be left behind. matte 4
ESET, from what I've seen, seems to actually care about user privacy as well, a big factor for me.

If you are using Windows , you can assume that Microsoft is already spying on you , so using Defender will no change anything.
