Despite having a stable internet connection, whenever I attempt to update the definitions, the process either stalls midway or fails entirely. I've tried restarting my computer, disabling and re-enabling the antivirus, and even reinstalling the software, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Unfortunately you didn't mention what ESET product you use and posted in the general forum. Please raise a support ticket for further investigation. I apologize for the oversight in not mentioning the specific ESET product I am using. I am currently using ESET NOD32 Antivirus. I will go ahead and raise a support ticket for further investigation regarding the connectivity issue between my ISP and ESET servers. Thank you for your assistance.
