Pat OB 0
We have an ongoing problem with ESET causing 100% disk usage on many computers on our network. They all have sufficient RAM and good processors. We have opened cases and opened discussion forums. We have been advised to make sure we have the latest update from ESET, as well as other suggestions. We have tried them all. Again, this has been a problem for at least 6 months. Many times it is intermittent, but always occurs daily. We started to replace computers with SSD. We thought this fixed the issue. Now, it is occurring on those as well. Please offer a solution that permanently addresses this issue for us.
Administrators Marcos 5,082 Posted March 21 Administrators Share Posted March 21 Please carry on as follows: When the issue occurs, enable advanced operating system logging under Tools -> Diagnostics -> Advanced logging in the advanced setup After 1-2 minutes stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive to a safe location (e.g. OneDrive, Dropbox,...) and drop me a personal message with a download link.
