kelepe 2 Posted March 15 Share Posted March 15 Good morning, we have still troubles to "activate" FW feature in Eset Server Security -11.0.12008.0 in offline environment. We can "generate new offline license", there are 2 options for Eset Server Security. But we are unable to activate this product. We checked lf files (working offline LF without FW featureand new LF with FW feature), and there are differences : those files are for different products - working one is for Product Code - 211 (Eset SErver Security for Microsoft Windows Server) , other one Product Code - 318 (Eset Server Security). How we can download installer for product CODE=318??? Not available online, viac eba portal. Please can you fixed this.... Make sure that you generate an offline file for this product and use it. We plan to change the name of this product in EBA to distinguish it from the other product. Administrators Solution Marcos 5,074 Posted March 15 Administrators Solution Share Posted March 15 Ok, I've learned that activation with an offline license file doesn't work with the current version of ESET Server Security v11. It will be fixed in the next service release. However, it is possible to generate an offline LF for product 211 (without the firewall) and use v11 without the firewall until the next service release becomes available.
