Proxy issue since moving to the Cloud

We have recently moved our clients over to your cloud environment from On-Prem and we have visibility of all clients, all functions seem to be working as normal, we have however seen that they are still talking to the on prem proxy server. I have gone through all the settings there are regarding Proxy Settings and no policy has a Proxy Server filled out. We also have tried creating a policy to just override the Proxy to Off but it didn't appear to work,

It happens on Win10 and Win 11 and is due to moving to the Cloud

Any body have any ideas?

If there's a padlock icon next to the proxy server setting in the Endpoint setup, then it must be set by a policy. If you can't locate the policy, please raise a support ticket for assistance.
