I have licensed ESET antivirus installed on my two computers.

Now, you offer me to enable  ESET Browser Privacy and Security.  Additional payment will be charged for that module?

It is not clear if you have ESET NOD32 Antivirus which doesn't contain the Browser privacy and security feature. If you have ESET Internet Security or a higher tier product, you should already have it.
