Eset and NAS: bug

Recommended Posts

Hello,

it seems that there is a bug, confirmed by Eset Support Team, realted to some Nas vendors. I can successfully write to NAS shared folders, but I cannot copy the same files FROM them to my laptop (error code 0x8007003B). The bug affects the version 11.0.2032.

Does anyone knows approximately when it will be released the next version?

Thanks

We expect a new hotfix to be available towards the end of January or in February.

Hello,

Windows 11.  ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Windows 11.0.2032.0

You need to unlock the file (in File properties)

https://www.majorgeeks.com/content/page/unblock_blocked_files.html

https://www.majorgeeks.com/content/page/how_to_add_unblock_file_context_menu.html

This does not occur in WIndows 10.

Hello,

I switch off antyvirus,and I could copy.
Second way it's go to file / properties / unlock the files, but it's wrong way, because I should change every file.
Question for You: What I should change in Eset?

Do you have the latest version of Endpoint 11.0.2044 installed?

Hello,

I am experiencing the same problem, still existing in Endpoint Antivirus 11.0.2044. Disabling the real-time scanning solves the problem but is in no way a solution. Do you have any updates to this issue?
