dvp 0
The agent is installed on various computers running Windows Server 2012 R2 At the same time, in the ESET management console, some Windows servers are visible, some are not. I'm already tired of all this, reinstalling agents doesn't change anything what to do and where to look for the reason? Administrators Marcos 5,082 Posted February 1 Administrators Share Posted February 1 Do C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log from the troublesome servers contain more details about the issue? Could you please post the logs here?

Administrators Marcos 5,082 Posted February 1 Administrators Share Posted February 1 According to the log it appears that the management agent has been replicating to the server correctly. If you are positive that you have no filters enabled and don't see those servers when you select "All" in the Computers pane, please raise a support ticket for help with further troubleshooting.
