AHK 0
Website is bXXXXXk.com and we've been consistently receiving reports of ESET blocking our customers. Site has been scanned and cleaned by Sucuri and I have been assured that everything is clean. Sucuri also tell me they have submitted the site for blocklist removal several times now but we are at 28 days and waiting. What can we do to resolve this please? Thanks, Alasdair Edited January 31 by Marcos Redacted

AHK 0
Thanks very much for that info. I took that to Sucuri and they located some DB entries that needed cleaning up. Everything appears clean from their end and we're not seeing the threat warning on our side. So hopefully everything looks good on your side also. We kindly ask you to not hijack someone else's thread. As an ESET employee, you have contacted samples[at]eset.com and we have replied you there: > There's a malicious JS that commences with: > (function(a,n,a_,l,y,t,i,c,s) Please refrain from contacting ESET support via various channels.
