Can't access the internet with browser after update to ESET Endpoint version 11

Dear ESET Support Team,

I have an issue with ESET Endpoint version 11, after the update, I can't access the internet with all browsers and lost the interface eset endpoint on the client PC,

I tried to uninstall and install version 10.1, I can access the internet but it's still a lost eset interface on the clients, as I checked it's also a lost eset folder on Program File and Program Data, but services eset is still running

Please check my attached for more detail

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Reboot the machine and reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

Now I have been uninstalled and version 10.1, I can access the internet but it's still a lost eset interface on the clients.

Does pausing the ESET firewall make a difference?

The last logs were not collected according to my instructions. No diagnostic logs are present and a SysInspector log is missing as well. Please follow my instructions above and provide fresh logs.

Pausing the firewall must resolve network communication issues if caused by the firewall.

Does the issue go away after temporarily disabling IDS and Botnet protection then?

The system log is full of disk failure records. Please run chkdsk.exe, fix disk errors and reinstall ESET.
