About license on Eset endpoint encryption

Hi everyone,

How to know license assign to client ? As my photo,  i've used 13/20 license but i check the license user just used 6 seats.

So how to know an other license assign on clients ?

Hi @eornate,

Do you use this license on another EEE Server or have you activated EEE Clients in 'Standalone'/'Unmanaged' mode as per this article: https://help.eset.com/eee_qsg/en-US/quick_start_guide.html

Without your details I could not tell you where the other seats are being used, could you possibly contact me directly with them and I shall be able to tell you more.
