Cannot log in: Login failed: Session is not valid

Hi,

I'm a bit puzzled by this error.  I've been using ESET PROTECT for the past few weeks with no issues; but today when I tried to log in, I can't.  I'm given the following:

The problem is that I wasn't using 8080.  I only used 8080 when I first set ESET PROTECT.  I started using 8445 for the SSL version; but today, the SSL version refuses to run.  when I go to https://<server fqdn>:8445/era/webconsole, I get

Unable to connect

An error occurred during a connection to <server fqdn>:8445.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

As this was working ok last week and isn't working ok now,  I'm not sure what the solution might be.

This repeats every time I load the page in Firefox/SeaMonkey.
