Dave Ohlson 0
My computer won’t boot, Eset says it’s not their problem. How do I know a virus isn’t what is causing Windows 7 with free windows 10 to not boot up? Eset used to fix all my problems and did it over the phone. I even offered to pay more to have them fix it, they just passed the buck to Microsoft.
Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted October 13 Administrators Share Posted October 13 Do you have Windows 7 or Windows 10? Did you try to repair the boot sector and MBR as per the instructions at https://neosmart.net/wiki/fix-mbr/ for instance?
