Remote Installation error

HI am trying to install Eset Endpoint Security to my client, its not running properly  i checked Install Task Status its always In Progress

 

then after i try to do Diagnostics then i got bellow error, all my client are windows 8.1 / Server 2012

 

 

Remote Registry Opening (ESET Security Product Info): Result Code: 2 (The system cannot find the file specified.)

Client has registry issues ?

Could be a number of things.

i would recommend phoning into support, if you want a quick solution.
