The black screen appears when logging out of a Windows session 2. The black screen appears when user trying to connect via RDP (insted remote pc's screen user looks black window) 3. The black screen appears on a remote pc when remote user truing to connect via RDP Could you please provide information on the cause of this problem? Thank you. Administrators Marcos 5,469 Posted September 12, 2023 Administrators Posted September 12, 2023 I was confused by the statement that ESET Endpoint Antivirus is installed which does not contain a firewall that could block inbound communication. The logs show that ESET Endpoint Security is installed. You use the firewall in policy-based mode which means that a rule must be created for RDP connections. Please note that ESET no longer sells nor provide support in your country.
