Black Screen after installing ESET Endpoint Antivirus

Hello Team, 

After installing  ESET Endpoint Antivirus customer has a problem with winlogon process. 

1. The black screen appears when logging out of a Windows session

2. The black screen appears when user trying to connect via RDP (insted remote pc's screen user looks black window)

3. The black screen appears on a remote pc when remote user truing to connect via RDP

 

 

 

Could you please provide information on the cause of this problem? Thank you.

I was confused by the statement that ESET Endpoint Antivirus is installed which does not contain a firewall that could block inbound communication. The logs show that ESET Endpoint Security is installed.

You use the firewall in policy-based mode which means that a rule must be created for RDP connections.

Please note that ESET no longer sells nor provide support in your country.
