Cancel encryption

One of our computers on our network has been in encryption mode since yesterday.
We want you to help us unencrypt.
When we insert the password we are told the user is disabled.

Despite all attempts, the problem persists.
I tried to interrupt the number from the dashboard but nothing.
I also tried uninstalling ESET Full Disk Encryption.

You will need to follow this article to recover the disabled user: https://help.eset.com/efde/en-US/recovery_password.html

Alternatively you can decrypt using this article: https://help.eset.com/efde/en-US/recovery_data.html and then uninstall EFDE.
