ESET has locked me out of my Tab S9. I entered the wrong password as I can't remember it. It does not let me enter the reset code and all the password I have tried have failed. I'm disabled and partially sighted. I have had a few mini strokes, hence my sight problems. I use my Tab S9 to message from and start my calls from it, as I find it hard to read stuff on my phone. I use fingerprint to log into tablet and only found out I have to use my password from ESET, not the one I have for the tablet, every 72 hours. This is very annoying, and I would appreciate help in either resetting password on the tablet. Any help please, I need my tablet.

Please read https://support.eset.com/en/kb2949 for instructions how to reset your security PIN. If you don't want to be asked for the security PIN upon suspicious activity detection again, consider not enabling Anti-theft.

Hi tried that last night. All I get is enter password. Nothing else, I enter the password and it does not work. I'm now locked out for 2 Hrs. This now means I got into debt for over £1,000 for a doorstop.
