J'ai lancé le produit Chriffrement sur un ordnateur.

au redemarrage le mot de passe ne passe pas et impossible d'accèder au bureau de l'ordinateur car déjà l'ordinateur n'arrive même pas à la session.
Comment faire pour désisntaller ce produit et laisser l'agent continuer de travailler

Hi @Luc Friedrich,

Which product are you using ESET Endpoint Encryption or ESET Full Disk Encryption?

Is the FDE Password being rejected with an error via the Pre-Boot Authentication screen? E.g. "Password being entered is incorrect" or "User is disabled"

Or are they experiencing a completely different issue when attempting to gain access to the system?
