Luc Friedrich 0
J'ai lancé le produit Chriffrement sur un ordnateur. au redemarrage le mot de passe ne passe pas et impossible d'accèder au bureau de l'ordinateur car déjà l'ordinateur n'arrive même pas à la session. Comment faire pour désisntaller ce produit et laisser l'agent continuer de travailler Machine translation: I launched the Encryption product on a computer. on restarting the password does not pass and impossible to access the desktop of the computer because the computer already does not even arrive at the session. ESET Staff Kstainton 37 Posted July 25, 2023 ESET Staff Share Posted July 25, 2023 Hi @Luc Friedrich, Which product are you using ESET Endpoint Encryption or ESET Full Disk Encryption? Is the FDE Password being rejected with an error via the Pre-Boot Authentication screen? E.g. "Password being entered is incorrect" or "User is disabled" Or are they experiencing a completely different issue when attempting to gain access to the system? Either way, if you simply want to move on and use emergency recovery for either product here are your options: EEE - Managed: https://support.eset.com/en/kb7160-decrypt-a-managed-system-that-is-unable-to-start-windows EEE - Standalone: https://support.eset.com/en/kb7146-decrypt-a-standalone-system-that-is-unable-to-start-windows EFDE: https://help.eset.com/efde/en-US/recovery_data.html
