Looking for KB437 (ESET ENDPOINT ENCRYPTION SERVER) locked account

Hello,

I have a problem with a locked account.

When i go to the ESET Endpoint Encryption knowledgebase:

I can't find the KB437 item and i need it to unlock the admin account.

Please help me solve the problem.
