ESET Full Disk Encryption - problem with BitLocker

Thank you guys, commands in command prompt works! -
The program tells me that the computer cannot be encrypted because it is encrypted with BitLocker. But it cannot be encrypted with BitLocker because it is Windows 11 Home Edition and it does not have BitLocker. Do you have any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Hello, I have a problem with a locked account. When i go to the ESET Endpoint Encryption knowledgebase: https://support.eset.com/en/kb7167-error-your-account-is-locked-displayed-when-trying-to-login-to-the-eset-endpoint-encryption-server-3745 I can't find the KB437 item and i need it to unlock the admin account. Please help me solve the problem.
