website took too long to respond

I maintain a website for a bushwalking club - springwoodbushwalker.org.au

The website loads perfectly everywhere except on the PC that has Eset running. I can't run the cpanel or load the website for the company that hosts the server either. This only happened last weekend. 

The error message is ..'website took too long to respond'

I've added the URL to the 'exempt' website list.

any ideas? I've cleared caches, looked at all the settings i can think of.

For me the website opened normally with ESET installed like any other site. If you are positive that pausing web protection, disabling protocol filtering or temporarily uninstalling ESET makes a difference, please raise a support ticket.
