change ssd drive and new windows 10 installation the old license cannot be activated

hello

i have computer which i had smart security with license until 2025 for smart security, i changed my SSD so i install fresh windows 10 installation.

i have disconnected at ESET home the license from the old windows.

after installing new fresh windows 10 and ESET smart security i can see at ESET home that the license is available and not use.

i am trying to active the ESET on the new fresh windows and i can see the available license through the ESET home but it says it is overused but it is my license, and it is available and only 5 minutes ago i disconnected it from my old windows version on the old windows.

 

what to do????

Please provide your public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX. I was able to find only one freemium license for ESET Mobile Security registered with your forum email address.
