Russian email calendar invite spam

Im getting calendar invite spam from russian emails containing  .ics files, is there anything I can do to prevent this or is it just time to change my email to a new one?

Since we don't know how you receive email, it's hard to comment on it. Basically if you use MS Outlook, the ESET Antispam should detect such email as spam.
