SRobo 0 Posted June 8, 2023 Share Posted June 8, 2023 Hi guys. I have a problem with my ESET Protect. When I install ESET Endpoint Security (10.0.20340.0) on workstation, or ESET Server Security (10.0.12010.0) on server, I don't see these devices inside my ESET Protect, even though the installation ended correctly. I try look for the device through searching panel via IP address or Device name but unsuccessfully. Does anybody know where the problem can be? Thanks. Administrators Solution Marcos 5,408 Posted June 8, 2023 Administrators Solution Share Posted June 8, 2023 The machines start to appear in the ESET PROTECT console as soon as you install the management agent, ie. even before you install ESET Endpoint. Please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log on an endpoint for possible errors.
