I can't see end devices inside of ESET Protect

Hi guys. I have a problem with my ESET Protect. When I install ESET Endpoint Security (10.0.20340.0) on workstation, or ESET Server Security (10.0.12010.0) on server, I don't see these devices inside my ESET Protect, even though the installation ended correctly. I try look for the device through searching panel via IP address or Device name but unsuccessfully. Does anybody know where the problem can be? Thanks.
