Les Lee 0
When we have real time detection on server 2019 rds session hosts, the users need to relog in their adobe account everytime they reloggin to the environment. When they log in their session the user is logged in correctly but signs it out after a minute or so. It looks like Eset blocks the user license check process/file. When you then log in adobe again it works fine for that session. When we disble rtd it works fine and they stay logged in on every session. What is the exclusion or change we have to make for this? Administrators Marcos 5,281 Posted June 4, 2023 Administrators Share Posted June 4, 2023 If pausing real-time protection makes a difference, does temporarily disabling any of these event settings do?
Frederik Schiller 0
@Marcos Would it also work if you create a policy where you create an exclusion filter where you exclude the Adobe path from the scans or exclude the process from the scans.
