I've made a mistake during the initial push installation and now I'm trying to send updated configuration for clients. So far, 20 minutes and state is still set 'active'. Solution Arakasi 549 Posted November 14, 2014 Solution Share Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) Hello The problem is the configuration you pushed out did not have the ERAC set correctly, so your clients will never check in for a new policy change.
