Administrators Solution Marcos 4,704 Posted April 24 Administrators Solution Share Posted April 24 Please disregard the error for now. Interim outages of the EPNS service have been observed recently and we've been actively working on the issue to resolve it as soon as possible. We expect the situation to stabilize and the EPNS unreachable notification to cease soon. We apologize for the inconvenience. ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 946 Posted April 24 ESET Moderators Share Posted April 24 Hello guys, The fix is being deployed into the production and requests to connect to the EPNS service are being throttled to keep the load under control. So the situation is improving, but it will take some time to restore the full EPNS functionality in a controlled manner. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this Peter on behalf of the teams involved
ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 946 Posted April 25 ESET Moderators Share Posted April 25 Hello guys, the situation went back to normal at around 22:30 CEST on April 24, the teams responsible are monitoring it, so far it seems stable. ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 946 Posted April 25 ESET Moderators Share Posted April 25 Hello, I can confirm that Dev and DevOps are still actively pursuing the issue. During the night / in the morning (CEST) it seemed promising, sadly the service hasn't still recovered fully. Peter
