same issue here for the last 2 days

The situation isn't back to normal here - still getting the error on every boot here in the UK

Sadly, I spoke to soon, and it is now back telling me that it needs my attention after a cold boot, but there is nothing at all flagged when i click on the popup and everything is green. What additional information would you like me to provide so that you can look in to this further?

Since the start of the week I get the 'Eset Security requires your attention' every time I restart my PC - but if you click on it you are taken to the home page and everything is green and there are no issues. I've browsed the forum and this has been linked to gamer mode in the past, but I have that turned off. Any idea what is causing this? Currently running Eset Internet Security Version 16.0.26.0

It's now several days since I applied the updated plugin and I've not noticed any slowdown or issues, so I think this is fixed for end-users

Thank you - support have provided me with the updated plugin and initial impressions suggest that the issue is resolved, but I will continue to test.

Will this update also be available to end users such as myself who have this exact issue with outlook, but have Eset Internet Security and, if so, is there a rough estimate on availability?

Thank you for clarifying that and please forgive me for the error on my part. Is there any update on getting a resolution to this problem as this is clearly an issue that impacts a range of eset products?

Thank you, but there is nothing like that on my version of Internet Security. I can turn product updates on or off, but there is no option that I can see to 'stop updates'

How can I prevent my copy of Internet Security from updating to the latest version automatically and where can I find the last version before this bug was introduced as I would like to roll back whilst the search for a fix continues? I managed to download an earlier version, but even though I unticked the 'install newer version; as part of the install version, the program installed and then instantly wanted to restart to put the latest version on top?

Eset Internet Security 15.2.17 downloaded and installed. If anything, Outlook is now even slower to open and the loading.... appears for longer with the plugin enabled. Disabling the plugin restores normal performance. Diagnostics run as per the instructions above and uploaded with this post. Diagnostics.rar
