I noticed when I reinstalled Eset Security. I noticed SSl/TLS filtered applications there is no more list?  Is it assumed that when you installed something now like a browser or an app that it set is auto scanned?

The change happened a long time ago. The list contains only applications that you add manually.

Even if the list is empty, https communication is scanned unless you add an application to the list and create an exception.

If the application communicates via https and honors self-signed root CA certificates then the https communication should be scanned.
