    Just now I reinstalled Eset Security and it did auto populated right away.  So I don't know what I did different but now it is fine.

    Purpleroses gave kudos to itman in ESET Internet Security version 16.2.11 change network profile
    Multiple network connections show on my ver. 16.2.11 installation per the the below screen shot;

    Also, care needs to be taken when removing network connections. For example, my second network connection is only used at system startup time with Eset auto switching to the first network connection shortly thereafter.
    Finally, ver. 16.2.11 changed how network connections are displayed and modified. The only way to view existing network connections is via the above Network connections option. They are no longer viewable via Network access protection section in Advanced Setup mode.
    Further, settings for any network connection setup automatically by Eset are no longer modifiable other than for Connection profile type; why Eset did so is beyond me. It is possible to set up a new network connection manually but you have to create a new Network connection profile to do so.

    I just got an update for modules but I noticed that my databases for advanced antispam  module has not updated since yesterday.  Is there something wrong with my Eset?

    I updated Firefox and had a windows 10 update.  Now Firefox seems to be alright.  But now I noticed when I use google chrome the usage goes up to 220 mb.  I just give up looking at the usage now.

    Your right itman.  I never seen this until the latest version of Firefox 96.0.3 before that it never went that high.

    I noticed that when I use firefox to watch discovery plus and have google chrome open to play pogo memory for Eset Service goes up to 234 mb.  After I'm done about an hour later it will go back down to 47mb.  But If I use Microsoft Edge to watch discovery and google chrome  to play pogo it stays around 60 to 70 mb.  Why so much memory when using firefox doing the same thing with the other two browsers.

    @Marcos Virus Radar shows latest def file is 23082. I am also not seeing updates (still on 23081), even when checking manually. Might you see if there is a sever issue once again? Thanks.

    I noticed my computer has not updated since 10:20 am.  I know I'm on 23081.  Should I need to worry about anything?  I'm not getting any error when clicking on look for updates.

    @Marcos ... I note that @Purpleroses is in Canada. I am thinking that the server that pushes/pulls updates for (at least some) North American clients has an issue.

    Thank itman for all the advice and information.  But I have more then one ip address to block.  I'm not very computer savvy so I turned my wifi back on and wait to see if this gets corrected by Eset.
