Slow / delayed printing

We are switching clients one at a time from ESET "home" to the MSP ESET Protect Entry. Now EVERY single computer takes an additional one to three minutes to print. Remove ESET and it works fine. 

I need your group wisdom some ideas on what to be looking for.

Does temporarily pausing real-time protection or another protection module or setting make a difference? Did you try disabling network drives in the real-time protection setup?

Pausing made no difference. I did not make any changes to (disable) network drives.

Please try disabling other protection modules, one by one. It's necessary to narrow it down first.
