  1. Pausing made no difference. I did not make any changes to (disable) network drives.
  2. We are switching clients one at a time from ESET "home" to the MSP ESET Protect Entry. Now EVERY single computer takes an additional one to three minutes to print. Remove ESET and it works fine. I need your group wisdom some ideas on what to be looking for.
  3. I tried to uninstall ESET and Management Agent, all kinds of errors. Decided to use REVO uninstaller and then manually clean the folders then reboot then sfc /scannow then disk clean. Then I could reinstall ESET and Management Agent and then the needed Web Control was there.
  4. "Web Control" is on most other computers, I updated from 2060 to 2063 and it is still with those. Somehow it go lost on this one machine (or maybe mor, I didn't test all systems yet).
  5. ESET Endpoint Security, Version 9.1.2060.1 had some settings that went away when I updated to 9.1.2063.0. Specifically "Web Control" and "Secure Browser". We used them to block staff from browsing and yet allow needed websites. Now with version 2063 they can surf anywhere so the old settings seem to have disappeared too.
  6. Yes, I did all that, I want them off the dashboard
  7. I have a new client that no longer wants to be on the MSP.ESET and Cloud protect. I removed the licenses in Protect Cloud, how do I remove the company there and in MSP?
  8. Forgive me, I am not seeing where that filter is. On the left I click on "Reports". In the main window I have "Categories and Templates" or "Scheduled Reports" at the top to choose from. I select "Scheduled Reports" then at the bottom "Schedule Report" and inside that I am not seeing the choice you are showing. I did try to add an "Access Group" of only that customer, however the report still gave me everyone.
  9. I may be missing something obvious. I have a new client who wants a weekly status report of their computer / ESET. It is most like in ESET Protect Cloud when you are under Computers and Groups and your click on the gearbox by a group click on Reports and then select 'Scans in the last 30 days'. However they only want the last 7. I can go to Reports, Schedule Reports and Schedule Detection Events in the last 7 days. However it gives me all groups. I only need the one for a client that wants the report.
  10. I went to one customer and manually changed on each PC. I would still like to know of a bulk way to do the update AND I still don't see how to get it to quit warning of Windows Firewall being off. I have a Managed Service Platform we do this from is why I don't want MSP ESET telling me this. Again, too many times your (ESET's) screen is crying wolf.
  11. Where in the MSP or ESET Protect Cloud is that located? Or do I have to go to each PC?
  12. I don't need to see the "Operating system updates available" or the "Windows Security Center indicates that the feature is not in use" (Windows firewall is off) warnings. They just clutter things up and cause trouble (The little boy who cried wolf). How do I disable those warnings?
