Error message: web and email protection

I have Eset Cyber Security Pro and I get an error message that the web and email protection is non-functional. I am not sure how to fix the error. I tried reinstalling Eset and also restarting my MacBook, but it does not help. I am running Ventura. Thank you for any advice.

Do you use a VPN? If so, could you try temporarily uninstalling it and see if it makes a difference? Does the issue occur if you temporarily install ESET CyberSecurity v7?

The VPN did not make a difference.

ESET CyberSecurity Version 7.3.21 seems to work and does not give any errors.

I like using the ESET firewall feature. 

Is there a way to go back to using the Pro version?

ESET CyberSecurity Pro v7 will be available in 23H2. If you need a firewall, uninstall ECS v7 and install ECSP v6.
