Will ESS license work with NOD 32?

Will an Eset Smart Security License work with NOD 32? I would like to use NOD 32 a while to see if there is any difference in Web pages loading slowly, or failing to finish loading.

Hi cutting_edgetech,

Yes, ESS license will work with ESET NOD32 Antivirus (not the other way around, though).

There should, however, not be any difference in web site loading, as the HTTP module is the same in both products.

As for slow loading of websites, do you have Parental control turned on by chance? In case of problems receiving DNS responses, it would take longer for websites to load.

Please create a Wireshark log (without any filter) while reproducing the issue. When done, compress the pcap log, upload it to a safe location and pm me the download link. I'll check it out and see if it contains something obvious that might account for the issue.
