If the file is larger than 15mb, I can find it on the ESMC server disk on C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Server\EraServerApplicationData\Data\RemoteDiagnostics But I cannot find files smaller than 15mb, can you please tell me where they are located on the disk? ESET Staff MartinK 378 Posted December 12, 2022 ESET Staff Share Posted December 12, 2022 Such reports are available directly in the console, i.e. you have to go to client details and visit respective tab, which should show history of request for specific device (Show Details > Logs). Unfortunately this feature is not suitable for mass collection of logs but rather for individual diagnostic due to it's impact on resources.
