What steps should I take to remove the child from my ESET portal?

I used to utilise parental control for my children, but I no longer do. Although I removed the PC software from their phones, I am unable to remove the data from the my.eset control panel. I wish to delete all the data pertaining to the children. Please indicate the direction.
