ESET Home verification email not received

When I try to add my Internet Security license to my ESET Home account, the page supposedly sends an email to verify the ownership of the license, however I receive none (I checked the spam too). 

My ESET Home account email matches with the one I used to purchase the license through ESET.

The license is registered to ONREG3944624EIS.XXXXXX@crm.protegerse.com which belongs to the ESET Spanish distributor if I recall correctly. They should register the license to your email address.

The verification email was sent to dXXXXXp@outlook.com because of the email address mismatch.
