Problem Blue Screen Descrption epfwwfp.sys Endpoint Antivirus

I have problems in some ESET Endpoint clients with Windows 10 OS, often blue screen with problem sourced from epfwwfp.sys. Is there a way to fix this problem ?

Please configure Windows to generate kernel or complete memory dumps as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb380, reboot the machine and reproduce the crash. Then compress the memory dump. Open a support ticket and and supply the dump along with logs collected with ESET Log Collector for perusal. You can also drop me a personal message with a download link to the dump and logs to get it analyzed asap. BSOD are typically caused by an outdated network card driver.
