ESET Blocking ScreenConnect (ConnectWise) Client

We are trying to add a policy to allow the ScreenConnect (ConnectWise) client to run on our computers.

We host the server ourselves and when a session is created it generates a custom .exe for that session that is then downloaded via browser to users computer.

The application download initiates but once complete ESET quarantines the custom installer file.

I am trying to figure out how to allow the installer to run via a policy on the ESET Cloud Protect portal and I haven't had any luck.

Any direction would be appreciated.

You can create a detection exclusion, if necessary. Have you tried it? Or did you have some issues with the exclusion?
