macOS prevents access to certain folders - loop after installation

After installing it on an Mac i keep getting a promt for this:
macOS prevents access to certain folders for Eset Endpoint Antivirus. Allow scanning of these folders:
1. go to System Preferences > Privacy
2. grant the permission "Full Disk Access" for:
 Eset Endpoint Antivirus
Eset Real-time file system protection
3. restart ESET Endpoint Antivirus.

I Have used this installer already on other Mac with the same OS and all went fine. I granted the permission, rebooted, reinstalled, unchecked the boxes and rechecked them but the window keeps appearing. in our era webconsole it only says: "Product is installed but not running "
Screenshot is in german so i translated the Eset notification.
Any suggestions what to do now?

ESET Management Agent 9.0.3140.0
ESET Endpoint Antivirus 6.11.202.0
MacOS 12.4.0

I have the exact same issue that has just started in the last several days. Today is the third straight day I have had to make this setting change. I have been running eset on my macs for over 8 years and have never had this happen more than once, but that is always on an install of eset to a new mac or an OS upgrade. I have not had an OS upgrade in a while. I'm on Monterey 12.4 and my eset version is 6.11.202.0
