ESET LiveGuard not work

I using license ESET LiveGuard and Enable but when detected some file or threat, It's still Quarantine.

How does ESET LiveGuard work?

If you download untrusted files from the Internet via a browser, they will be submitted to the ESET LiveGuard cloud sandbox and temporarily blocked until a verdict is received. Already detected files are not submitted to ESET LiveGuard. Threats detected as variants of known malware may be submitted to ESET LiveGrid.

Quarantined files remain in quarantine until you delete them or restore them from quarantine, e.g. in case of an incorrect detection (false positive).

Usually it's about 1-2 minutes but the default maximum limit for blocking analyzed files is 5 minutes. The limit is configurable.

But it's so long day and still Quarantine.

Again, files that are already detected are not sent to LiveGuard. Quarantined files remain in quarantine forever unless you delete or restore them (in case of FP).

How to know ESET LiveGuard is already analyze?
