Hi, I can’t scan from my printer to my MacBook Pro.  The printer will scan to a Toshiba laptop and I am wondering of Nod32 needs some sort of special permission to accept a scan from the printer.  Image Capture does work.

What ESET product do you use? You have posted in the ESET NOD32 Antivirus forum but mentioned MacBook Pro.

Hi, The email I have confirming my licence until 02/2024 calls the product "ESET Internet Security".  I am running it on a MacBook Pro using macOS Monterey 12.3.  This problem has existed before the last mac upgrade though.

Still it's not clear if you have ESET CyberSecurity or ESET CyberSecurity Pro installed. The EIS license entitles you to use either one.

If you have ESET CyberSecurity Pro installed and pausing the firewall doesn't make any difference, please collect logs as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404, open a ticket with your local ESET distributor and supply them with the generated archive.
