RAKTAPAYA 1 Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 One of my client bought NOD32 Antivirus in Nepal and activate in Nepal and after few days he went to India for study where he connected his device in internet in India and after that his license got deactivated. Now the problem is he has returned to Nepal and his original license is not working. pls guide me to solve this issue. Please be informed that his expiry date is still left.

He should have received an e-mail acknowledgement from Eset or the vendor the license was purchased from. This acknowledge will contain both the license key and license ID @Marcosrequested.
