  1. This client happens to uninstall the eset for trying to reinstall again so couldn't get license id.
  2. I would like to suggest the following changes if possible to make in NOD 32: 1. Sorry if my opinion is wrong in any way but why don't we put an option for complete system scan with in-depth scan choosing option on first hand in outer dashboard without going into the custom scan and choose for in-depth scan. Please kindly make a not that this way beginner user can run scan easily and cut down the steps to do so. This changes can, I think will make our ESET more user friendly. 2.

One of my client bought NOD32 Antivirus in Nepal and activate in Nepal and after few days he went to India for study where he connected his device in internet in India and after that his license got deactivated. Now the problem is he has returned to Nepal and his original license is not working. pls guide me to solve this issue. Please be informed that his expiry date is still left.

So then if we have to run full system scan at once then.......? sorry if i m in confusion here but It would have been better if we have Full system scan option with in depth scan feature.... so kindly if possible then make so .thanks in advance.
  5. Hi, once again I m here with one general query. While scanning with ESET scan your computer..., does it perform indepth scan of the system including all personal files and folder including its sub folder also? Or else we have to configure ESET for the same.Please teach me. Thanks in advance.

  9. Dear Peter sir/ Marcos sir: thank you for your prompt reply. Actually i m from Nepal and it not on my pc and this was an issue with in every 3 ot of five installation on my clients pc. pease kindly be informed that this issue comes only after activation fineshes that meansi think key is accepting and i m solving this issue sometimes just by rebooting the system after installation or trying just after sometime againg.this solutimes works but in some cases this too is not working. i will send you the key when issue come again. PLease note that i have tried using public DNS and works . everytime so kindly provide me the permanent solution thanks for the support in advance. Regards, RAKTAPAYA
