Overused license

What to do when we get overused license error when we try to reinstall ESET antivirus on same pc after formatting it?

Kindly guide me on this step by step.

You can remove the unused units/seats via the license manager at home.eset.com.

HI, i m in a situation where my client hasent created eset account so in this case what to do? by the way  can we do something if we remember the emailaddress that we entered while activating eset before? pls guide me.Thankks in advance.

Tell the user to sign up for home.eset.com and add the license to the license manager. I cannot deactivate user's devices on his or her behalf for security reasons.

Please provide also user's public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.
